We are looking for a proficient CLAIMS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who is motivated to professionally grow and excel with the company. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest level of strong communication skills and enjoy helping people.

Be ready to assist our policyholders when they need us the most. As a Claims Service Specialist, you will collect facts about the accident, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. Our policyholders will count on your patience, support, and attention to detail to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

Tasks will consist of:

1. Provide customized services, when needed, to satisfy the individual requirements of our clients.
2. Investigate, review, and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies.
3. Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements regarding claims handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or customer service.
• 100% bilingual.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction.
• Solid computer multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
