Over the course of the next few months we will be launching our US Insurance Claims Trainee program. We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a US Insurance claims specialist. The program is designed to provide a career path to move our best, brightest, and most driven candidates from an entry-level position into a solid, well-established career.
The Position:
If you are selected to join our team, we will train you to be one of our next Claims Specialists. This group handles personal US insurance claims involving car accidents and weather-related events. This position will allow you the opportunity to begin learning the art of investigation, negotiation, and interpretation of US insurance policy contracts.
The Responsibilities:
- Know, interpret, and enforce US insurance law, code, and policy contracts.
- Successfully resolve claims with US customers.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and direction to our insureds and claimants.
- Utilize technology and processes to provide timely resolution to your work.
- Adhere to all applicable company, state, and federal guidelines as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent and/or 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.
- Auto claims experience is not required; however, some work experience is required.
Language Skills:
- Proficient English is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Advanced mathematical skills as it relates to the position.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
