CHIEF ENGINEER D&D (Hybrid)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jal.

DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the technical requirements of customers and the development of system concepts with an interdisciplinary team comprising hardware, software, and design.
2. Evaluate technical changes and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
3. Consolidate the knowledge of represented functions and advocate for these functions within the project team and towards the customer.
4. Define system breakdown in terms of hardware, software, and design, and oversee the project-specific development of system characteristics.
5. Analyze correlations and effects to ensure the reliable realization of system properties and approve defined component configurations post-testing.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Physics with a focus on design, lighting technology, or electronics, and possess strong analytical skills.
2. Over three years of experience in developing electronic, optical, or mechanical systems, aiming to become an expert in at least one of these fields.
3. Demonstrated ability in (sub)project development, ready to advance to managing multidisciplinary design teams with high leadership demands.
4. Strong communication skills to manage multi-continental projects with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
5. Proficient in English with a willingness to travel frequently and possess strong organizational and self-initiative skills.
