Change Project Manager

Responsibilities would be to manage Post - SOP (Start of Production) changes.

This position will be best filled by someone with strong initiative and a desire to learn about audio systems and challenges presented in the global automotive environment.

The Change Project Manager will work closely with Program Managers, Regional Engineers, Suppliers, and other support groups to interpret and understand change management requirements.

Guiding the internal support teams and suppliers to meet those requirements on-time and within budget. The Change Project Manager will manage the development schedule, track deliveries and milestones, coordinate and organize materials, shipments, and generate progress reports for management.

1. 4 - 5 yrs. of experience in similar role/responsibilities
2. Project Management Experience
3. Strong engineering fundamentals
4. Experience with Automotive Industry
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
6. Strong initiative; self-driven to deliver results beyond expectations
7. Demonstrated problem-solving ability
8. BS in Engineering or equivalent required
9. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent spoken and written
