Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for development within each sprint.
Work with the team to refine user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and deliver measurable value.
Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, providing necessary context and clarifying requirements for the development team.
Facilitate communication between Product Manager, developers, and testers to ensure alignment on project goals and address any concerns.
Develop and document business process workflow to illustrate current and future states.
Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring the team understands what constitutes a "done" feature.
Key Skills for an Agile Business Analyst:
Ability to effectively communicate complex business requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively collaborate with developers.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Candidates must be located in Mexico already.
