Team Overview

The Category Management Lead role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategising placement, categorisation and sales efficiency of Platform product selection to improve user shopping efficiency in app as well as product sales as a business.
  • Building deep data insights and understanding of retailer and seasonal product selection in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.
  • Using data to understand category and product behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business.
  • Identifying new projects and taking ownership.

Role Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of preferably online Food / Grocery delivery business experience.
  • Previous operational/analytical experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management, or in tech industry, is a plus.
  • Data driven and strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
