The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers throughout the world, both on the phone and via email. The Specialist will book bank statements on a daily basis; review and process credit/debit memos and reconcile customer receivable balances.
General Responsibilities
Downloading payment details and self-billing invoices from customers’ websites
Preparing and booking bank statements on a daily basis according to company's deadlines
Register and assign customer deduction for verification
Work pro-actively with other departments to identify and resolve issues
