Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Sales Trainer to enhance the effectiveness of our team leaders and agents. The trainer will work closely with team leaders to improve their coaching techniques and ensure they deliver impactful training to their teams. Additionally, the trainer will provide direct support to agents on the sales floor, helping them refine their communication, improve customer engagement, and consistently update their sales pitches to meet evolving standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Team Leaders: Coach and mentor team leaders to develop effective training methods and coaching techniques for their teams.
  2. On-the-Floor Coaching: Regularly listen to agents’ live calls to evaluate communication and sales techniques.
  3. Sales Pitch Development: Continuously update and refine sales pitches based on customer feedback, market trends, and company goals.
  4. Skill Development: Design and deliver workshops focused on language and communication skills, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on training effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in training and coaching within a call center environment, preferably in sales-focused roles.
  2. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and call center dynamics.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Flexibility to adapt training programs based on evolving needs.
  7. Advanced proficiency in English.
