Key tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Fully understand channels and industries in Mexican B2B market, conduct analysis and induct different types of channel partners who can work closely with Alibaba.com, to increase users for Alibaba.com platform.
  2. Lead and manage daily buyer operations to drive increased paid orders to meet deliverables and goals.
  3. Use data to measure and analyze user behavior and business, to identify opportunities that can be used to improve user engagement, retention and acquisition.
  4. Diagnose pain points for buyers and understand buyer demands, and establish SOP and work instructions for buyer operations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to improve user growth and engagement.
  6. Organize offline and online events and courses to train and serve buyers.

Requirements:

  1. Have rich experiences in buyer operation services and strong capabilities in closed-loop project management of plan-organize-address-follow-convert.
  2. Be good at business analysis, finding issues and proposing appropriate solutions, with experiences in building buyer service operation system and criteria is preferred.
  3. Have clear understanding of whole business chain of B2B cross-board e-commerce.
  4. Solid analytical and statistical skills, working experience with SQL, Python is a plus.
  5. Good at teamwork and communication.
  6. Native Spanish speaker, fluent oral and written English is a must, Portuguese and Mandarin is a plus.
