Job Title: Business Transformation Project Coordinator

Scope: Full time

Reports to: ERTM MEXICO LEAD

Location: TULTITLÁN

JOB PURPOSE: As a Business Transformation Project Coordinator, you will be the key link between project teams and senior management, ensuring the efficient execution of transformation initiatives. This role offers you the opportunity to manage strategic projects, optimize financial processes, and contribute to organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate transformation projects ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and report status to senior management.
  • Manage resources and budgets for transformation projects.
  • Create business cases to determine financial profitability and opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Implement agile methodologies for project management.
  • Document processes and best practices to ensure continuity and efficiency of initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
  • Present reports and results to senior management and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and supervise complex projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Capacity to interpret financial data and extract valuable insights.
  • Problem Solving: Skill in identifying and solving problems innovatively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust quickly to changes in technology and processes.
  • Knowledge in Agile Methodologies: Experience in using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Results Orientation: Focus on achieving objectives and delivering high-impact results.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Solid knowledge of project management tools (such as MS Project).
  • Communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
