JOB PURPOSE:

As a Business Transformation Architect, you will be the driving force of change in our organization, utilizing advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies to design and implement innovative strategies. This role offers you the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, improve business processes, and develop solutions that transform the way we operate. Additionally, you will have a continuous learning environment where you can grow professionally and stay at the forefront of digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in business processes.
• Design and implement digital transformation strategies using artificial intelligence technologies.
• Lead innovation and organizational change projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technological solutions across various areas of the company.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance decision-making.
• Evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS: What are needed for an individual to succeed in this role?

• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret large volumes of data and extract valuable insights.
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence: Experience in using AI technologies and machine learning.
• Project Management: Skill in planning, executing, and supervising complex projects.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and apply digital transformation strategies.
• Effective Communication: Skill in presenting ideas and results clearly to different audiences.
• Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, artificial intelligence, or similar roles.
• Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as Python, R, SQL) and AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Macros and pivot tables in Excel.
• Experience in implementing technological solutions in business environments.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, it is envisaged that Unilever will internally separate its Ice Cream business by July 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
