Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Business Systems Analyst (Atlassian administrator), located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager, the Business Systems Analyst (Atlassian administrator) role will involve exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardized systems implementations and solutions. The role also includes designing details for automated systems and processes to enhance efficiency, designing the framework and processes, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, conducting risk research, working with stakeholders, and delivering viable and consistent solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Set up and manage Jira projects, including workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission levels, and notification schemes.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, page templates, and access controls.
• Configure Bitbucket repositories, branches, and user permissions.
• Implement and manage third-party Atlassian marketplace add-ons to enhance functionality.
• Develop creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
• Understand end-user needs to help them utilize IT services to the fullest capability.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
• Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPIs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• SQL experience (preferred).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in Global IT projects.
