Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Brand Content New Business Manager to lead the strategic transition of creative and design services from external agencies to internal teams across Latin America. This role combines business development, relationship management, and creative services expertise to drive a major organizational transformation.

As the primary architect of the agency consolidation strategy, this role will collaborate with C-suite executives, brand teams, and creative studios to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and execute seamless transitions.

Your Impact

As Brand Content New Business Manager your scope would consist of:

  1. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy to transition external agency work to internal teams across LATAM, ensuring clear ROI targets and timelines.
  2. Establish and maintain C-level relationships within business units to drive adoption of internal creative services, providing regular executive updates and leading strategic planning sessions.
  3. Develop and implement qualification frameworks to identify high-value transition opportunities across the LATAM portfolio.
  4. Create compelling business cases and presentation materials that effectively communicate the value of internal creative services compared to external agencies.
  5. Foster strong partnerships with Brand Teams and Internal Creative Studios to ensure alignment on capabilities, capacity, and transition timelines.
  6. Design and oversee transition plans for approved shifts from external to internal teams, managing timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transition initiatives, including cost savings, quality improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  8. Conduct in-depth analysis of external agency relationships, costs, and service levels to identify optimization opportunities.
  9. Document and maintain transition processes, key learnings, and best practices to support scalability and continuous improvement.
  10. Provide regular reports to global leadership on transition progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising or related field
  • Advanced English
  • Experience working with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in agency account management, business development, brand management, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • Consumer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to prioritize consumer needs while leading creative teams and managing agency deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring marketing and creative teams in non-hierarchical environments.
