Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and product/service flow communications with customers.
• Assist in organizing internal and external marketing events, ensuring timely delivery of personnel and promotional materials.
• Create marketing materials such as print ads, direct mailers, presentations, and more.
• Lead agency collaboration to develop consumer communication strategies across Digital, Social, and PR platforms.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring strong engagement and brand presence.
• Analyze category and brand information, as well as KPIs, to generate actionable reports for informed decision-making.
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventories with relevant information.
• Assist in promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in research and market data analysis (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• English proficiency at an advanced level (90% or higher).
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal clients, including sales, trade marketing, and education teams.
