Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the recruitment process by crafting and posting job ads, thoroughly screening applicants, and conducting interviews—all in a fully English-speaking environment.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Source candidates through various channels.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Act as the gatekeeper for language proficiency, you will play a critical role in evaluating candidates; their English communication skills are key to ensure they meet our standards.
Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively. (Desirable)
Assist in guiding new hires through the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and candidates.
Proficiently communicate the need for the best talent through strong writing skills in job postings, emails, and other recruitment-related communications.
Requirements:
Advanced English Required: All communication with upper management and interviews will be conducted in English.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment (call center).
Proven experience managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting bilingual interviews.
Experience with ATS management and Excel proficiency. (Desirable)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience conducting reference calls for candidates offered full-time positions.
