Functions:

1. Selection of operational profiles
2. Application of psychometric tests
3. Review of candidate documentation
4. Publication of vacancies in job exchanges
5. Preparation of job offer letters
6. Interviews to evaluate their English efficiency

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1 year in mass recruitment (Call Center)
2. Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, or similar)
3. English: Advanced level (B2+/C1)
4. Documentation: Basic in order
5. Knowledge: Basic handling of Office / PC
6. Knowledge and skills: Recruitment sources and platforms (free and paid), Massive operational recruitment
7. Skills: Effective communication, organization, results orientation, proactivity
