Bilingual Customer Service Representative

International Student Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time International Customer Service Representative. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:

• Obtain a A1, insurance license within 90 days of being hired (don’t worry, we walk you through it and prepare you well)
• Communicating with international and study abroad students and the advisors at their schools
• Customer service phone calls, emails, live chat and other support services
• Day-to-day support of our insurance operations
• A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual or Advanced English required. Chinese/Mandarin preferred. Additional languages and any international experience are also helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly
