As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist, you’ll provide top-notch support by resolving customer issues related to our products and services via phone, email, and online chat. Your primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient solutions.
This position is for FULL TIME only.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in call centers is a must.
