Big Data Lead-Snowflake - HEX

We are currently searching for a Big Data Lead - Snowflake.

Requirements

• 5+ years ETL development and understanding of data engineering concepts.
• 3+ years using Snowflake as part of the ELT deployment.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to load data from various sources into Snowflake.
• Proficiency in MS SQL and experience with data modelling and query optimization.
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including query tuning, clustering, and partitioning strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Programming languages & scripting (Python, .net, etc.).
• Experience leading and managing database migration projects.
• Experience working in financial services industry.
• Experience with data integration tools such as SSIS, SSAS is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for data pipelines.
• Snowflake certification (e.g., SnowPro Core) is preferred.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
