Job Title & Purpose

Becario - OPC Stakeholders Interface Coordinator

Within the Construction Site Coordination Team, the Becario - OPC Stakeholders Interface Coordinator supports all sub-systems in the following activities:

1. Identification of administrative authorizations required for work execution and the process to obtain these authorizations (if partner in charge of getting authorization assists him in the process as required).
2. Assisting the sub-systems in the preparation of administrative application forms to get the authorizations / No Objection Certificate.
3. Monitoring administrative authorizations delivery and validity period (expiration date).
4. Implementing Permit To Work process (tunnel Works Train Management) up to transfer to T&C (temporary site operation team).

The Becario - OPC Stakeholders Interface Coordinator attends, together with the OPC Stakeholders Interface Coordinator or OPC - Construction Manager, weekly meetings with Customer and/or Operator to address any issues or interfaces and manage stakeholder requirements.
