We are a leading hospitality and tourism company seeking a talented and dedicated Bartender to oversee daily operations at the bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding guests' needs while building positive relationships. Additionally, the Bartender will ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures to guarantee a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by preparing and serving drinks, interacting with guests, and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and monitoring inventory.
3. Adhere to all safety and service standards while handling alcohol responsibly.
4. Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
5. Follow operating procedures and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in the hotel industry.
2. Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and auditory communication skills.
3. Strong customer service skills, proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
4. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
