About the location:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
  • Prepare cocktail recipes according to the outlet concept and current trend, always following FS standards.
  • Provide food and beverage service to our guests and clients.
  • Guide the guest in the concept of the outlet and products, always seeking complete satisfaction of the expectations of our guests and clients, creating epic experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of high service standards.
  • High knowledge of the guidelines for service and health certifications.
  • Very Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology and wines.
  • Mastery in stressful situations and maintaining high-level service quality.
  • High ability to communicate with others.
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential.
  • Proactive.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Schedule availability.
