About the role: Supervisor of Ginger’s

You will perform high-quality work, applying your experience in the area of Ginger’s (Café), achieving exceptional results. You will foster collaboration and teamwork, and communicate effectively with other departments to achieve the objectives set by Four Seasons, always with the main focus on providing an exceptional experience to our guests.

What will you do in this position?

  • Organize the flow of services.
  • Supervise and identify opportunities to assist with special orders.
  • Verify delivery times, food quality, and order accuracy.
  • Support management with internal training, scheduling, vacations, tasks, and services.
  • Review departmental performance and assist with the realization and implementation of action plans.

What will be necessary for this role?

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the café and F&B area.
  • Understand and familiarize yourself with the hotel’s quality and service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner.
