WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Work with a software engineering team at Indeed performing application updates and analyzing the impact in performance, stability, and changes needed for business requirements.
2. Producing high-quality code.
3. Communication with Engineering management.
4. Alignment with existing development teams.
5. Validation, monitoring, and ingestion to ensure high-quality and well-managed data pipelines.

MUST HAVE

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development in data and feature engineering applications, including design, implementation, debugging, monitoring, and support.
2. Strong proficiency in backend tech stacks as Python, Java among others.
3. Databases: MySQL or Postgres.
4. AWS services.
5. Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
6. Solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, data storage, and distributed systems.
7. Experience in building data platforms and tools that enable actionable insights and drive business decisions.
8. Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization.
9. GitLab.
