Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 24 hours/week, Monday - Thursday 10AM - 4PM Gainesville, FL time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate, insurance, and corporate sectors, presenting our unique value proposition.
  • Craft compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of our premium personalized gifts and retention programs.
  • Qualify promising leads and schedule follow-up appointments to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our Monday CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Specialize in one key market segment (real estate, insurance, or corporate), becoming an expert in that industry’s gifting needs.
  • Utilize Calendly to efficiently manage client appointments and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the gifting or promotional products industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of client retention strategies and the ability to articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Monday CRM.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfort with using digital tools such as Telegram for team communication and Calendly for scheduling.
  • Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) are a plus but not required.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
