We are looking for a B2B Operations Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The right candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven. You will be responsible for managing B2B order execution, ensuring shipments are on time and complete, and optimizing operational processes. Success in this role means consistently delivering accurate reporting, identifying trends for process improvement, and working efficiently with both internal and external teams to maintain smooth operations.
Process and execute B2B orders from the Commercial team, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
Generate necessary order documentation through SPS Commerce (ASNs, labels, etc.).
Track shipments to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and resolve any shipment delays or issues.
Monitor inventory allocated to Wholesale, identifying backorders or inventory risks.
Oversee Transfer Orders (TOs) to manage inventory flow in and out of sellable channels.
Manage kitting requests to support order execution, including labeling and hangtag requirements.
Provide detailed reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and process performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order execution efficiency.

At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive mindset focused on process improvement.
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
