About the role of Kitchen Helper:

You will assist in the active preparation of dishes during service, along with the rest of the kitchen brigade, carrying out sanitization, receiving, storing, cleaning, preparing, and producing food and all related activities.

What will you do in this position?

• Ensure hygiene and organization of the work area, materials, and supplies prior to any food handling.

• Support in the preparation (mise en place) assigned.

• Assist in carrying out recipes/processes thoroughly and disciplined; in case of doubts, request assistance.

• Support in the preparation of food during food service with cleanliness, a sense of urgency, and discipline.

• Actively assist in organizing all food storage spaces.

What will be necessary for this role?

• Technical degree in Gastronomy or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position.

• Experience of more than one year working in gastronomy in a luxury hotel or similar will be valued.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Work safely, prudently, and organized.

*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish is essential.*
