Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Application Automation Engineer to join our Software Engineering team and contribute to a leading financial services organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in innovating and driving the automation of Delivery Analytics, collaborating across teams to implement impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust automation solutions to enhance Delivery Analytics processes.

• Lead the integration of Ansible and CloudBees Jenkins for efficient and scalable delivery automation.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation systems, providing technical leadership and making strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to key technical and architectural decisions.

• Drive continuous improvement through technological innovation in automation processes.

• Analyze data-driven solutions and optimize systems to support ongoing automation initiatives.

• Provide support and mentorship to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Ansible (mandatory)

• Strong experience with CloudBees Jenkins (preferred)

• Proven experience in automation systems and solution architecture

• Familiarity with Data & AI-driven architectures is a plus

• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
