Automation and Controls / TPM Engineer - 0097CU

Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and internal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider-Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures …)

Tool Maintenance Management

• Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations
• Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI
• Supports tool transfers
• Carries out tool audits
• Manages tools capacity
• Manages tools maintenance budget & roadmap

Material Productivity

• Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis
• Proposes & industrializes QVE ideas

User of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Knows & uses CMMS (Corim or Avantis VTM)
• Manages tools database in CMMS
