Job description – Associate Procurement Director LATAM

Scope: Regional, Full-time

JOB PURPOSE

Are you willing to join a strong creative multicultural team and experience operating like a CPO? Then this is the job for you. The Head of Ice Cream Procurement LATAM leads the procurement function in partnering LATAM business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business partner LATAM Ice Cream leadership in product logic value creation and category P&L delivery
2. Lead the talent development, workload and priority management of the LATAM team Support the Development relationship with strategic suppliers in support of the LATAM market
3. Lead cross category initiatives and pillars as a member of the Global Procurement leadership teams
4. Deliver Material NMI, Service, Quality
5. Accountable for forecast of savings, inflation and net impact in the P&L
6. Interface with local suppliers and the market on behalf of Magnum Ice Cream
7. Lead continuous F4G pipeline plan for re-investment in our brands
8. Build strong global Procurement networks to deliver fast and brilliant saving / innovation projects
9. Connect the business strategy and category priorities with the procurement strategy developed by the portfolio groups, engaging with the global procurement organization

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 10 years of experience required

Procurement experience will be a key differentiator on selection process
