We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Asset Management Business Transformation – Investments.

Role Purpose:

The role is within the HSBC Asset Management Business Transformation – Investments (BTI) team. BTI manage the delivery of change initiatives for the HSBC AM Investment function. BTI ensure effective change management and oversight utilising group-standard programme governance frameworks and tools.

The role holder will provide business analysis for the front office and dealing initiatives. Ideally, the role holder will have Trading and fund management skills and be able to define new workflow tools, including integration, testing, and roll-out.

Main Activities:

1. Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and define scope.
2. Document the target Operating Model, Business and Service models.
3. Engage with key stakeholders to define and document the solution design.
4. Document process flows and procedures and work with global locations to implement changes.
5. Build and execute test plans and help coordinate user testing and subsequent system release and roll-out to global investment teams.
6. Regular status reporting to Project and Programme Management.
