Assembly Technician - AST

What you’ll do:

• Assemble New Machines for AST, AMX, and ABR (Mechanical and Electrical Side). Able to work in a multitasking environment. Ensure machines assembly compliance with standards such as Electrical Diagram and Mechanical Design Machine completely assembled and debugged.

• Complete machine assemblies based on mechanical design. Complete electrical wiring and connections based on electrical diagram. Complete Pneumatic connections based on pneumatic diagram.

• Develop PLC programs and HMI. Configure control devices such as Cameras, servo drivers, load cells, lasers, LVDT. Machine Debugging supporting Controls Engineers and ensure 100% compliance with assembly checklist.

What is required:

• Technical Diploma is a minimum requirement.

• Minimum of 3 years in machine automation or a similar position.

• Knowledge of Problem Solving Tools is a plus.
