Job Description

Responsible for administering the time, attendance and other incidents related to the benefits of employees who are on the Mexican payroll.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and fostering an inclusive and encouraging workplace culture. To support the administrative and operational activities of the Human Resources Department efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with established processes for personnel management, payroll administration, and related administrative tasks.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Close payroll and deliver lists of the 3 payrolls (union, trust, confidential) as well as file it.
2. Audit additions, removals, salary modifications and send these movements to the IMSS through the IDSE.
3. Capture of times in daily card of employees (HR system) who did not check employee's credential in time clocks.
4. Capture incidents such as vacations, permits with/without leave, transfers, disciplinary actions, administrative actions, incapacities, withholding notices for Infonavit, etc. in the HR system.
5. Authorization of overtime in HR system.
6. Carry out immigration procedures such as Monthly Report, FMN3, etc.
7. Collaborate as an instructor in the induction course.
8. Control the personnel file.
9. Work letters for bank loans, passport, fonacot, day care centers, infonavit, work certificates, etc.
10. Support in the activities of the Human Resources Department.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 6 Months Experience In Similar Position Preferred.
• Experience in a maquiladora environment preferred.
• Basic English (Written).
• Basic knowledge of: Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Tress system or related.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Weekend shift availability.
