Architecture Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Decision-Making: Define and guide the Architecture and technical direction of the projects.
2. Project Management: Take Development Lead offers guidance, support and management to other team members on a daily basis with a set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs.
3. Ability to break out a monolithic Architecture into domain-driven components and services.
4. Lead a full stack development team to change Architecture paradigms and introduce new technologies.
5. Contribute to strategic business rhythms including Application Architecture and Roadmap for the coming year.
6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools: New Relic, Splunk.
7. Advanced understanding of electrical vehicle Architecture and bus systems (CAN, FlexRay) preferred.
8. Experience coaching/guiding less experienced engineers.
9. 1+ year of experience in relevant technologies.
10. 2+ years of experience contributing to the system design or Architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
11. Provide technical leadership to the Dynamics team.
12. Analyze department needs and participate in the design and Architecture of business process solutions.
13. Translate business requirements to conceptual solution Architecture and high-level project estimates.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in software development.
2. Strong understanding of technical Architecture principles and infrastructure components.
3. Proven ability to analyze and critique technical Architecture diagrams.
4. Experience with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical Architecture.
5. Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
