APS Technician

What you’ll do:

Must promote the culture of continuous improvement in all AMM processes and teams. Application of the tools and elements of Autoliv's system production to create constant flow in the administrative and productive processes by identifying wastes and reducing or eliminating them to lower production costs. The APS Tech will be entrusted to train and coach all personnel in APS's tools for generating improvement projects. Likewise, the application of Industrial Engineering will optimize processes in terms of reducing manual operation time, maximizing production with minimal resources, and managing production efficiency at lower costs, utilizing and promoting digitalization and 4.0 tools. As part of this role, the Industrial Engineer APS will manage and facilitate tools and materials for the Kaizen area, Multi-project Workshops, 1P1P, Discovery exercises, New product launch, production, quality, process, and Maintenance KPIs based on P.D (local and corporate) APS assessment Roll Out Plans for Operations Improvement.

What is required:

TSU or High School diploma with 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes.
