We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer

Job Description:

Work with application teams to integrate their gateway configurations for their API calls, troubleshoot issues in all environments as a high priority, own and follow SNOW tickets, update documentation, support several applications in Java and React, participate in on-call rotation, onsite position, availability to work with mixed schedules (every week will have different days off and office hours), availability to work on weekends (at least 3 per month), and availability to cover at least 2 night shifts a year.
