We're seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Application Development Manager to join our growing team in Mexico.

This role plays a critical dual function—supporting new application development with existing customers while also identifying and expanding into new markets and opportunities throughout Mexico.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing new applications at existing Mexican customers and expanding applications into new markets within Mexico.
• Addressing and solving processing inquiries coming directly from customers, or through the ADM, Sales or R&D team members.
• Providing technical support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the application landscape.
• Implementing mid to long-term strategies to foster growth within the organization.
• Collaborating with R&D to ensure products meet market demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Science preferably in Polymers, Plastics Technology or related.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or support roles, ideally within the polymer or materials industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive and electronic engineering applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; local language proficiency is a plus.
