How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Drive Coverage Expansion: Managing and tracking the progress of card acceptance in targeted industries, cities, and tourist destinations.
  • Lead Coordination: Collaborate with acquisition channels and models to ensure parity of coverage and maintain an up-to-date lead tracking system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Servicing teams to execute impactful initiatives such as the "Paint it Blue" program, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct periodic data analyses, track key performance metrics, and present insights and results to the leadership team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to the Global Merchant Services (GMS) leadership team, highlighting progress and key outcomes.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage databases effectively to support business insights and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the financial or payment services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
