Analyst, Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing
2. Collections
3. Account reconciliations
4. Preparing financial reports
5. Resolving customer billing issues

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with project managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Advanced level English language proficiency
3. Experience as an AR Analyst or in a similar role
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
6. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and billing software preferred
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
9. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
11. Prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
