Description
As the Border Operations Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will manage all activities involved with every south bound railcar hold at Sanchez due to inspections and releases by any MX PGA such as ANAM, PROFEPA, SENASICA, SEDENA, etc. Sanchez operations are 24/7. Your role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate southbound train reporting, processing of physical PGA inspections, car cleaning tasks, fumigations requested, and handling of southbound drags while maintaining a keen focus on safety, service, productivity, and financial metrics. You will lead and prioritize team efforts, mentor for excellence in execution and customer service, and collaborate with Train and Engine staff to resolve immediate operational challenges, acting as the primary point of escalation for any tactical issues on the MX PGA car inspections and releases at Sanchez inspection tracks and areas.
