We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team at DIOR. This position will be responsible for the analysis and operation of our marketing strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Responsibilities:
Verify and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, customer, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
Participate in product launches and activations.
Create reports that will help decision-making for business growth.
Drive or support brand activations in accordance with the objectives.
Support KPI tracking, measurement, and analysis of brand performance.
Build templates for presenting data and insights in internal and external presentations.
Support internal communications for campaigns & marketing programming.
Support the organization of Marketing Team Meetings and Engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
1-2 years of marketing and/or analytics experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Previous experience in consumer marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong follow-up and follow-through.
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
Fluent in English.
