Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated AI Software Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered business products that drive company growth and improve operational efficiency. Your work will focus on leveraging AI to optimize workflows, automate decision-making, and enhance product capabilities within our platform.

As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that align with business objectives and build solutions that streamline processes, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI-driven tools to enhance software development efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and accelerate feature delivery.

• Design and build AI-powered business products that align with company objectives, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

• Leverage AI to optimize workflows, automate decision-making, and enhance product capabilities within our platform.

• Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Work with data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for AI models.

• Utilize machine learning models for predictive analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-making.

• Ensure AI models are optimized for real-world business applications, balancing performance, cost, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities that align with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development with a focus on AI automation tools.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript, with familiarity in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.

• Experience in cloud-based AI deployment, preferably using AWS (Lambdas, EC2, S3).

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or AI-powered developer tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Understanding of data pipelines, model training, and inference optimization for real-time applications.

• Bonus: Experience integrating AI assistants, code generation models, or AI-driven automation for software development.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
