Agente de Centro de Llamadas (4 Días, 40 horas/semana)

Estamos buscando un agente de centro de llamadas. Como Agente de Centro de Llamadas, es posible que se te asigne a un proyecto específico o que manejes una combinación de interacciones telefónicas, de chat y por correo electrónico entrantes y salientes para diversos clientes. En este rol, proporcionarás servicio al cliente, brindarás educación sobre productos y servicios, y te involucrarás en ventas adicionales. Los candidatos deben poseer una alta confiabilidad, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y estar dispuestos a aprender continuamente mientras trabajan.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Manejar los contactos entrantes y salientes de manera cortés, oportuna y profesional.
• Asegurar la resolución en la primera llamada mediante la resolución de problemas y un manejo efectivo de las llamadas.
• Investigar sistemas para encontrar información faltante según corresponda; coordinar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas cuando sea necesario.
• Documentar con precisión y procesar reclamaciones de clientes en los sistemas apropiados.
• Liderar discusiones de investigación para determinar las mejores opciones para el cliente.
• Utilizar la base de conocimientos y la capacitación para responder con precisión las preguntas de los clientes siguiendo todos los guiones, políticas y procedimientos requeridos.
• Cumplir con los requisitos relacionados con información confidencial e información personal.
• Escalar problemas de los clientes al personal y gerentes adecuados para su resolución según sea necesario.
• Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones y revisar todo el material de capacitación nuevo para mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en el conocimiento del programa, sistemas y procesos.
• Cumplir con todos los requisitos de asistencia y horario de trabajo.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
