The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokers and affiliates, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and driving affiliate program growth.

The responsibilities

• Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and they are motivated to promote our products.
• Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through affiliate channels.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to affiliates, helping them maximize their earning potential.
• Reporting of digital KPI’s and development of automated dashboards.

You will constantly work with the Marketing manager as a key element developing complex projects, that are staged by aggressive deadlines, and you should take the challenge to defend your ideas and interact with a global support team.

• Analytical skills in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage your time and activities efficiently and to deadlines.

• Innovative, inquisitive – you will love solving problems.
• Flexible – happy to roll your sleeves up when needed.
• Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential).

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience in platforms: Google AdWords, Business Facebook, Similar web.
• CRM Platforms: Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, ExactTarget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
