Role Purpose
Establish and support the Plant Manager with daily chores and activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing all presentations for customers, visits, and for Management.
- Coordinate all the trips of the plant’s working staff.
- Assist area Manager and Supervisor in clerk functions.
- Generate reports.
- Keep and coordinate the department process.
- Provide internal and external customer attention.
- Maintain the departmental system/process.
- Generate reports.
Qualifications/Desired
- Experience in personnel management.
- Customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
Qualifications/Required
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fully bilingual.
