POSITION OVERVIEW

Estamos buscando un Administrador de Recursos Humanos dedicado y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como miembro clave de nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos, desempeñarás un papel vital en el apoyo a las funciones de RRHH y en asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los procesos de RRHH. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la gestión de registros de empleados, facilitar los procesos de reclutamiento, asistir con la nómina y proporcionar apoyo general de RRHH a los empleados y la gerencia.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Mantener y actualizar los registros de empleados, incluyendo información personal, historial laboral y descripciones de puestos.
  • Asistir en el proceso de reclutamiento publicando vacantes de trabajo, revisando currículums, programando entrevistas y realizando verificaciones de referencias.
  • Facilitar el proceso de integración para nuevos empleados, incluyendo la preparación de cartas de oferta, la realización de sesiones de orientación y asegurando que toda la documentación requerida esté completa.
  • Gestionar los procesos de salida para empleados que dejan la empresa.
  • Apoyar el procesamiento de la nómina recopilando y verificando información de control de tiempo, atendiendo consultas relacionadas con la nómina y asegurando pagos precisos y oportunos.
  • Asistir a los empleados con la inscripción en beneficios y atender cualquier pregunta o preocupación relacionada con los beneficios.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa, así como de las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales en materia de prácticas laborales.
  • Servir como punto de contacto para los empleados en cuestiones relacionadas con RRHH, proporcionando orientación y apoyo según sea necesario.
  • Preparar y mantener informes y documentación de RRHH según se requiera.
  • Coordinar sesiones de capacitación y asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de programas de capacitación para empleados.
  • Proporcionar apoyo administrativo general al departamento de RRHH y asistir con proyectos especiales según sea necesario.

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y software/sistemas de RRHH.

  • Alto nivel de profesionalismo e integridad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
  • Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
