The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and excels in managing administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an expert in scheduling and travel coordination, and comfortable supporting executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Support: Manage the CRO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange travel as needed, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Event & Offsite Planning: Support planning and logistics for sales kickoffs, QBRs, and other key meetings led by the Office of the CRO.
- Onsite Event Support: Assist at key events, ensuring the CRO’s schedule runs smoothly and providing logistical support.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and optimize workflow.
- Occasional Executive Support: Provide assistance to other executives as time permits and business needs require.
- Confidentiality & Organization: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS, tech, or multinational environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Zoom, Slack, Concur).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting C-level executives is a strong advantage.
