MezTal is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in AR processes, who has worked with U.S.-based companies, understands US GAAP, and is comfortable operating in a bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and resolution of discrepancies.
Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to manage outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing and collections procedures.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company financial policies.
Support audits and provide documentation as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
Experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
Intermediate to advanced English skills (spoken and written).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Ability to work hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing or insurance processes.
