Your role at Clorox:

Será responsable de gestionar y procesar todas las transacciones relacionadas con las cuentas por pagar de la empresa. Esto incluye la verificación, registro y pago de facturas, así como la coordinación con proveedores y la resolución de discrepancias en los pagos.

In this role, you will:

• Asegurar contabilización de facturas de proveedores y registros contables.
• Administración de Gastos de Viaje de empleados, Contabilización de Cheques manuales.
• Atención a Proveedores.
• Integraciones de Cuentas.
• Atención a facturas con diferencia.
• Apoyo en auditorías internas y externas. Control Interno (SOX).
• Reconciliación de saldos contra estados de cuenta de proveedores.

What we look for:

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Finanzas o experiencia equivalente.
• Inglés intermedio - avanzado.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Cuentas por Pagar.
• Conocimiento en SAP.

Workplace type:

Hybrid 2 times in the office and 3 days working from home.
