Accounts Payable (Temporal)

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full time-Fixed Term -6 months- | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid

Your responsibilities within the role will be but not limited to:

• The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne.

• Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting indispensable.
• +1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries.
• MS Office experience required including strong Excel knowledge is a must.
• Advanced English level is a must.

Nice to have:

• Finance Shared Service Center experience.
• Concur experience is a plus.
• Fides bank processing experience is a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems – Navision a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
• Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good prioritization and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor.
• Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
